Orders are shipped on a first in, first out basis.

LEAD TIME for all orders is 7 business days or less. 

FREIGHT is prepaid on orders over $2000 net. All shipments are FOB Kilgore, TX. Special freight arrangements are available at customer expense.

TERMS OF SALE -  1% - 10 days, Net - 30 days. A 1.5% service charge will be applied
to past due balances.

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURNS - Must be approved in writing prior to return. Discrepancies
must be brought to the attention of customer service within ten days of receipt

DAMAGE CLAIMS should be made to the appropriate freight carrier.

Specify CUSTOM CUT-LENGTHS at time of order.
Saddle thresholds are DIMPLED unless otherwise specified.
